Liberty had a beautiful physical product: flexible, premium workspaces. The website made it impossible to find, experience, or book one.

    The site did not reflect the quality or personality of the physical offices. Competitors were pulling ahead.

  • Circular Booking Journey

    Users went in circles through pages before they could book a tour or a room. Many left before completing.

  • Location Pages Underdelivered

    Pages did not give visitors the decision-driving information they needed: transport, parking, nearby amenities.

  • Conversion Tracking Broken

    A previous agency had configured GA4 to count page clicks and PDF downloads as conversions. Real bookings were unmeasurable.

The Solution

OO rebuilt Liberty’s digital presence around the booking decision, making it easy to find the right location, understand why it is worth a visit, and book without leaving the site.

    New typeface, trust signals from first scroll (client logos, testimonials, case studies), and content rooted in the Liberty brand personality.

  • Custom Google Maps

    Extensive custom Google Maps integration showing each location in geographic context. The maps let prospects assess suitability before committing to a tour.

  • Office RnD Integration

    The Office RnD booking system integrated directly into the site. Users complete bookings without being sent to an external platform.

  • Technical Foundation

    WordPress and Elementor, modular for future growth. WCAG-aligned accessibility. Minimal plugin suite. Conversion tracking rebuilt on clean events only.

The Outcome

Nine months post-launch: form submissions up 25.5%, Office RnD bookings trackable for the first time, and quality traffic replacing volume.

  • More Form Submissions

    196 to 264 form submissions in the nine months post-launch versus the same period the prior year: a 25.5% increase on a clean tracking baseline.

  • Bookings Now Trackable

    Office RnD bookings were unmeasurable before the redevelopment. Now fully tracked end-to-end, giving Liberty accurate attribution for the first time.

  • Engagement Up

    Engagement rate improved from 53.9% to 57.8%. Bounce rate fell from 46.1% to 42.2%. Organic search engagement rate exceeded 70%.

  • Quality Traffic

    Total sessions are down on the prior year. This is deliberate: paid media shifted from broad reach to high-intent search. Fewer visitors, more of the right ones.

  • Strategic Paid Shift

    Google Ads moved from 3.2M impressions at $0.55 CPC to 453k impressions at $5.67 CPC. Form submissions increased on smaller, better-qualified traffic.
